屈曲约束支撑施工方法要点及应用

摘要 屈曲约束支撑是将承载和耗能减震合二为一的高效、经济、新型结构构件,可广泛应用于框架和排架结构抗震体系中。“三馆一院”工程是南阳市地标性公共建筑,博物馆和图书馆共采用了37根屈曲约束支撑进行抗震,最大屈服承载力达到了11000 kN。本文结合屈曲约束支撑在“三馆一院”工程中的应用,阐述了工程中施工测量、预埋件安装、节点板安装、屈曲约束支撑安装、校正及临时固定、焊接固定及节点连接检测、防火防腐涂装7个方面的施工操作要点和要求,为屈曲约束支撑在同类工程中的应用提供参考。 Buckling restraint bracing is an efficient, economical and new type of structural member which combines load bearing with energy dissipation and shock absorption. It can be widely used in the seismic system of frame and bent structures.“Three museums and one theater” project is a landmark public building in Nanyang City. The museum and library adopt a total of 37 buckling restraint braces to carry out earthquake resistance, and the maximum yield capacity reaches 11000kN.Combining with application of buckling constraint supports in the “three museums and one theater” project, construction points and requirements of seven aspects are expounded to provide the reference in similar projects which include the engineering construction survey, embedded parts installation, node plate installation, buckling restraint bracing installation, calibration and buckling constraints temporary fixed, welding and node connection detection, fire prevention and anti-corrosion coating construction.
