细菌溶解产物胶囊治疗儿科呼吸系统反复感染的效果

Effect of bacterial lysate capsule in the treatment of recurrent respiratory infections of pediatric department

目的探讨细菌溶解产物胶囊治疗儿科呼吸系统反复感染的效果。方法选取本院接收的86例呼吸系统反复感染患儿,按治疗方案不同将其分为对照组(43例,常规治疗)和观察组(43例,常规治疗基础上予以细菌溶解产物胶囊治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果疗程结束日,两组的发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音、肺部影像评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的咳嗽、发热、肺部啰音持续时间及使用抗生素与住院时长均短于对照组(P<0.05)。疗程结束日,两组的超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。疗程结束日,观察组的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访至用药后6个月,观察组的感染发生次数少于对照组,感染时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细菌溶解产物胶囊治疗儿科呼吸系统反复感染效果显著,可有效缓解患儿症状,降低炎性因子水平,改善免疫球蛋白水平。

Objective To explore the effect of bacterial lysate capsule in the treatment of recurrent respiratory infections of pediatric department.Methods A total of 86 children with recurrent respiratory infections received in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(43 cases,routine treatment)and observation group(43 cases,bacterial lysate capsule treatment on the basis of routine treatment)according to different treatment regimens.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results On the end of the course of treatment,the scores of fever,cough,pulmonary rales,lung image in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The duration of cough,fever,pulmonary rales,antibiotic use and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the end of the course of treatment,the levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).On the end of the course of treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Followed up to 6 months after treatment,the number of infections in the observation group were less than that in the control group,and the infection time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bacterial lysate capsule has a significant effect in the treatment of recurrent respiratory infections of pediatric department,which can effectively alleviate the symptoms of children,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,improve the levels of immunoglobulin.
