强脉冲光联合康复新液及甲硝唑凝胶治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床效果

Clinical effect of intense pulsed light combined with Kangfuxin solution and metronidazole gel in the treatment of rosacea

目的探讨强脉冲光联合康复新液及甲硝唑凝胶治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年4月我院皮肤科接诊的100例玫瑰痤疮患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予康复新液及甲硝唑凝胶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合强脉冲光治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的红斑及毛细血管扩张评分、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分低于对照组,丘疹脓疱数量、经皮水分丢失(TEWL)少于对照组,角质层含水量高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论强脉冲光联合康复新液及甲硝唑凝胶治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床效果及安全性较好,可有效促进病情恢复,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of intense pulsed light combined with Kangfuxin solution and metronidazole gel in the treatment of rosacea.Methods A total of 100 patients with rosacea who were admitted in the dermatology department of our hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kangfuxin solution and metronidazole gel,and the observation group was treated with intense pulsed light on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of erythema and telangiectasia and Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the number of papules and pustules,trans epidermal water loss(TEWL)were less than those in the control group,and the water content of stratum corneum was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The intense pulsed light combined with Kangfuxin solution and metronidazole gel in the treatment of rosacea has good clinical effect and safety,which can effectively promote the recovery of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
