责任亲情交互护理模式对初产妇母乳喂养自我效能和新生儿护理能力的影响

Effects of responsibility-family interactive nursing model on self-efficacy of breastfeeding and neonatal nursing ability of primiparas

目的探讨责任亲情交互护理模式对初产妇母乳喂养自我效能和新生儿护理能力的影响。方法选取2020年1月至12月在我院进行分娩的100例初产妇,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予围产期常规护理干预,观察组采取责任亲情交互护理模式。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的母乳喂养自我效能量表短表(BSES-SF)评分、阴道分娩率和母乳喂养率高于对照组(P<0.05)。产后1、3 d,观察组的爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);产后3 d,观察组的康纳-戴维森弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。出院前1 d,观察组的泌乳技能和新生儿护理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论责任亲情交互护理模式能有效提高初产妇的母乳喂养自我效能和母乳喂养率,增强其心理弹性,并提高其泌乳技能和新生儿护理能力。

Objective To discuss the effects of responsibility-family interactive nursing model on self-efficacy of breastfeeding and neonatal nursing ability of primiparas.Methods A total of 100 primiparas gave birth in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given perinatal routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given responsibility-family interactive nursing model.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the score of Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale-Short Form(BSES-SF),vaginal delivery rate and breastfeeding rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 and 3 d after delivery,the score of Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);at 3 d after delivery,the score of Connor Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).One day before discharge,the scores of lactation skill and neonatal nursing ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The responsibility-family interactive nursing model can effectively improve the self-efficacy of breastfeeding and breastfeeding rate of primiparas,enhance psychological resilience,and improve lactation skill and neonatal nursing ability.
