基于循证护理理念的舒适护理结合以病人信息需求为导向的健康教育对玻璃体切割术后患者舒适度、知信行及康复情况的影响

Effects of comfort nursing based on evidence-based nursing concept combined with patient information demand-oriented health education on comfort, knowledge, belief, behavior and rehabilitation of patients after vitrectomy

目的探讨基于循证护理理念的舒适护理结合以病人信息需求为导向的健康教育在玻璃体切割术后的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月我院收治的150例玻璃体切割术后患者作为研究对象,以单双号随机分组形式将其分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上实施基于循证护理理念的舒适护理结合以病人信息需求为导向的健康教育。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的心理、生理及环境维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的认知、信念及行为维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的最佳矫正视力优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于循证护理理念的舒适护理结合以病人信息需求为导向的健康教育有助于提高患者的舒适度,改善知信行,也能提高康复效果,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing based on evidence-based nursing concept combined with patient information demand-oriented health education after vitrectomy.Methods A total of 150 patients after vitrectomy admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by single and double numbers,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given comfort nursing based on evidence-based nursing concept combined with patient information demand-oriented health education on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of psychological,physiological and environmental dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of cognition,belief and behavior dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the best corrected visual acuity in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing based on evidence-based nursing concept combined with patient information demand-oriented health education can help improve patients'comfort,improve knowledge,belief and behavior,and improve rehabilitation effect,it is worth promoting.
