舌骨喉复合体运动与咽期吞咽障碍关系的研究进展

Research progress of the relationship between hyoid-laryngeal complex movement and pharyngeal dysphagia

舌骨喉复合体的运动是咽期吞咽中十分重要的环节,其运动异常与咽期吞咽障碍的发生有着密切的关系。因此,本文从舌骨喉复合体的解剖与生理、运动方式、评估方式、导致舌骨喉复合体运动异常而产生咽期吞咽障碍的相关疾病及治疗方式上进行梳理总结,旨在为舌骨喉复合体运动与咽期吞咽障碍关系的研究提供新的参考。

The hyoid-laryngeal complex movement is a very important link in pharyngeal swallowing,and its abnormal movement is closely related to the occurrence of pharyngeal dysphagia.Therefore,this paper reviews and summarizes the anatomy and physiology of the hyoid-laryngeal complex,movement mode,evaluation mode,related diseases of pharyngeal dysphagia resulting from the abnormal movement of the hyoid-laryngeal complex and treatment method,in order to provide a new reference for the study of the relationship between hyoid-laryngeal complex movement and pharyngeal dysphagia.
