子宫内膜癌患者心理韧性情况及相关因素的调查研究

Investigation on psychological resilience and related factors in patients with endometrial cancer

目的 探讨子宫内膜癌患者心理韧性及相关影响因素。方法 选取丽水市中心医院2019年1月至2021年12月收治的101例子宫内膜癌患者作为研究对象,采用自行设计的基线资料调查量表及心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)进行问卷调查,分析子宫内膜癌患者的心理韧性情况,采用单因素及多因素Logistic回归模型分析影响子宫内膜癌患者心理韧性的因素。结果 子宫内膜癌患者CD-RISC评分为(60.38±12.21)分,心理韧性处于中等水平;多因素Logistic回归分析显示,离异、高中及以下、家庭年收入<6万元、自费、临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、低分化均是影响子宫内膜癌患者心理韧性的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 子宫内膜癌患者心理韧性处于中等水平,主要受婚姻状况、文化程度、家庭年收入、治疗费用支付方式、临床分期、组织分化程度的影响。

Objective To explore the psychological resilience and related influencing factors in patients with endometrial cancer. Methods A total of 101 patients with endometrial cancer in Lishui Central Hospital were enrolled as the research objects between January 2019 and December 2021. They were investigated by self-designed general data survey scale and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC). The influencing factors of psychological resilience were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results CD-RISC score in patients with endometrial cancer was(60.38±12.21) score, psychological resilience was at the moderate level. Multivariate Logistic regression showed that divorce, high school and below, annual family income <60,000 yuan, self-paying, clinical staging at stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ and low differentiation were all independent risk factors of psychological resilience in endometrial cancer patients. Conclusions The psychological resilience of patients with endometrial cancer is at a moderate level. Marital status, educational level, annual family income, medical payment method, clinical staging and degree of tissues differentiation are the influencing factors of psychological resilience in patients with endometrial cancer.
