加味补中益气汤对十二指肠球部溃疡伴出血患者临床症状及血浆胃肠激素的影响

Effects of Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on Clinical Symptoms and Plasma Gastrointestinal Hormones in Patients with Duodenal Ulcer Complicated with Bleeding

目的:观察加味补中益气汤对十二指肠球部溃疡伴出血患者临床症状及血浆胃肠激素的影响。方法:选取九江市中医医院2019年1月至12月期间收治的十二指肠球部溃疡出血患者86例为研究对象,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组给予对症西药治疗,在此基础上观察组给予加味补中益气汤治疗,两组连续治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、血浆胃肠激素水平。结果:与对照组治疗总有效率相比,观察组高(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医证候积分降低,与对照组相比,观察组低(P<0.05);治疗后两组胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)低于治疗前,生长抑素(SS)高于治疗前,且观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味补中益气汤可调节十二指肠球部溃疡伴出血患者血浆胃肠激素,改善临床症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the effect of modified buzhong yiqi decoction on clinical symptoms and plasma gastrointestinal hormones in patients with duodenal ulcer with bleeding.Methods:A total of 86 patients with duodenal ulcer bleeding who were admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with symptomatic western medicine,and on this basis,the observation group was treated with modified buzhong yiqi decoction,the two groups were treated for 4 consecutive weeks.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores and plasma gastrointestinal hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05);the score of TCM syndromes in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of somatostatin(SS)were higher than those before treatment.The improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified buzhong yiqi decoction can regulate plasma gastrointestinal hormones in patients with duodenal ulcer with bleeding,improve clinical symptoms and improve clinical efficacy.
