摘要
目的:探讨氯吡格雷片联合杏芎氯化钠注射液对脑梗死患者血液流变学指标及氧化应激反应的影响。方法:选择江西省第五人民医院2020年1月至2022年1月收治的79例脑梗死患者,将其随机分成试验组(n=39)、对照组(n=40)。对照组予氯吡格雷片治疗,试验组于此基础上合用杏芎氯化钠注射液治疗。治疗2周后,对比两组治疗疗效,血液流变学指标[纤维蛋白原(Fib)、全血低切黏度(LBV)、血浆黏度(PV)、全血高切黏度(HBV)]及氧化应激反应[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、氧化低密蛋白(ox-LDL)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)]。结果:治疗后,较对照组,试验组总有效率高(P<0.05);两组LBV、PV、HBV、FIB水平均有所下降,且较对照组,试验组LBV、PV、HBV、FIB水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组ox-LDL、MDA水平均下降,GSH-PX、SOD水平均上升,且较对照组,试验组ox-LDL、MDA、GSH-PX、SOD水平改善更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氯吡格雷片联合杏芎氯化钠注射液治疗脑梗死疗效确切,可改善其血液流变学指标,减轻氧化应激程度,安全性较好。
Objective: To investigate the effect of clopidogrel tablets combined with xingxiong sodium chloride injection on hemorheological indexes and oxidative stress in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 79 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to The Fifth People’s Hospital of Jiangxi Province from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(n=39) and the control group(n=40). The control group was treated with clopidogrel tablets, and on this basis, the experimental combination was treated with xingxiong sodium chloride injection. After 2weeks of treatment, the therapeutic efficacy, hemorheological indexes [fibrinogen(FIB), whole blood low shear viscosity(LBV),plasma viscosity(PV), whole blood high shear viscosity(HBV)] and oxidation were compared between the two groups. Stress response [superoxide dismutase(SOD), oxidized low claudin(ox-LDL), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX), malondialdehyde(MDA)]. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);the levels of LBV, PV, HBV, and FIB were lower, with statistical difference(P<0.05);after treatment, the levels of ox-LDL and MDA in the two groups decreased, and the levels of GSH-PX and SOD increased, and compared with the control group, the levels of ox-LDL, MDA, GSH-PX and SOD in the group improved better, with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Clopidogrel tablets combined with xingxiong sodium chloride injection is effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction. It can improve its hemorheology indexes, reduce the degree of oxidative stress, and is safe.
