干燥和饱水条件下煤样破坏特征及红外辐射演化规律研究

摘要 为探究饱水煤样红外演化特征,对干燥和饱水煤样进行加载试验,对比分析干燥和饱水煤样受载过程中应力变化、温度变化以及红外辐射演化特征。结果表明:干燥煤样破坏产生喷射现象,而饱水煤样受载过程中较平静;相同应力条件下饱水煤样的位移量和塑性强度均大于干燥煤样的位移量和塑性强度,但弹性模量、载荷峰值均小于干燥煤样的弹性模量及载荷峰值;干燥煤样受载过程中平均热红外辐射温度整体为上升趋势,而饱水煤样表现为下降趋势;低温异常预示着发生张拉破坏,高温异常预示着发生剪切破坏;干燥和饱水煤样主要破坏方式分别为剪切破坏和张拉破坏。 This paper aims to explore the infrared evolution characteristics behind water-saturated coal samples. The experiment consists of loading an experiment on dry and saturated coal samples;comparing and analyzing the stress change, temperature change and infrared radiation evolution characteristics in the loading process of the dry and water-saturated coal samples. The test results show that the destruction of dry coal sample causes a spraying phenomenon, and the water-saturated coal sample stays calmer by loading. Under the same stress conditions, the displacement and plastic strength of water-saturated coal samples are higher than those of dry coal samples, but the elastic modulus and load peak value are smaller than those of dry coal samples. During the loading of dry coal samples, the overall AIRT(Average thermal Infrared Radiation Temperature) shows an upward trend, while the AIRT of water-saturated coal samples shows a downward trend. Low temperature abnormalities indicate tension failure, and high temperature abnormalities indicate shear failure. Respectively, the shear failure and tension failure are the main failure methods of dry and water-saturated coal samples.
