ICU护理人员职业倦怠与负性情绪及睡眠质量的相关性

Correlation Between Job Burnout and Negative Emotions and Sleep Quality in ICU Nurses

目的分析ICU护理人员职业倦怠与护理人员负性情绪及睡眠质量的相关性。方法选取福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院ICU病区2020年1月—2021年1月的100例护理人员作为研究对象,应用中文版M氏职业倦怠量表(Maslach burnout inventory,MBI)评估护理人员的职业倦怠情况,应用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评估护理人员的负性情绪,并应用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表调查护理人员的睡眠质量,对ICU护理人员职业倦怠与护理人员负性情绪及睡眠质量的相关性进行分析。结果ICU护理人员职业倦怠总分为(66.85±16.46)分,各维度得分依次为情感衰竭(24.24±5.57)分,个人成就感(34.24±6.87)分,去人格化(8.15±4.33)分,抑郁评分为(34.17±4.13)分,焦虑评分为(36.55±4.27)分,睡眠质量评分为(4.23±0.56)分,相关性研究表明,职业怠倦与护理人员负性情绪呈正相关,与睡眠质量呈负相关。结论ICU护理人员职业倦怠与护理人员负性情绪及睡眠质量有着密切的联系,ICU护理人员职业倦怠感越强,其负性情绪也就越重、睡眠质量越低。

Objective To analyze the correlation between job burnout,negative emotions and sleep quality of ICU nurses.Methods A total of 100 nursing staff in ICU ward of Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University were taken as the research object.The job burnout of nursing staff was evaluated with Maslach burnout inventory(MBI),the negative emotions of nursing staff were evaluated with Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and the sleep quality of nursing staff was investigated with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),To analyze the correlation between job burnout,negative emotions and sleep quality of ICU nurses.Results The total score of ICU nurses’job burnout was(66.85±16.46)points,and the scores of each dimension were(24.24±5.57)points emotional exhaustion,(34.24±6.87)points personal accomplishment,(8.15±4.33)points depersonalization,(34.17±4.13)points SDS,(36.55±4.27)points SAS,and(4.23±0.56)points PSQI.The correlation study showed that there was a positive correlation between job burnout and nurses’negative emotions,It was negatively correlated with sleep quality.Conclusion ICU nurses’job burnout is closely related to their negative emotions and sleep quality.The stronger their job burnout is,the heavier their negative emotions are and the lower their sleep quality is.
