医疗质量管理考核在医院持续质量改进中的作用分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究在医院持续质量改进中实施医疗质量的管理考核的作用。方法选取福建省肿瘤医院2019年1—12月的医疗质量统计数据为医疗质量管理考核实施前的研究样本,2020年1—12月的医疗质量统计数据为实施后的研究样本,选取150名医务人员为研究对象,且实施前后医务人员为同一批,观察医疗质量管理考核的作用及价值。结果实施后医务工作者的满意度高于实施前,不良事件及医患纠纷的发生率均低于实施前,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本次研究表明在医院持续质量提升期间实行医疗质量管理考核,能够持续有效的提升医院的医疗质量,提升医务工作者的满意度,降低医患纠纷及不良事件的发生率,确保医院的可持续健康发展,具有重要的临床运用价值。 Objective To study the role of the implementation of medical quality management assessment in the hospital continuous quality improvement.Methods The medical quality statistics of Fujian Cancer Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research samples before the implementation of the medical quality management assessment,and the medical quality statistics from January to December 2020 were selected as the research samples after the implementation,150 medical staff were selected as the research object,and the medical staff were in the same group before and after the implementation.The role and value of the medical quality management assessment were observed.Results After implementation,the satisfaction of medical workers was higher than that before implementation,and the incidence of adverse events and doctor-patient dispute was lower than before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion This study shows that the implementation of medical quality management assessment during the continuous quality improvement of hospitals can continuously and effectively improve the medical quality of hospitals,improve the satisfaction of medical workers,reduce the incidence of doctor-patient disputes and adverse events,and ensure the sustainable and healthy development of hospitals,which has important clinical application value.
