基于生物陶瓷材料单尖一次性充填法在牙髓病患者中的应用

Application of Single-point One-time Filling Method Based on Bioceramic Materials in Patients With Pulp Disease

目的探讨生物陶瓷材料辅助下的单尖一次性充填在牙髓病患者中的应用效果。方法选择2020年12月—2021年3月黑龙江省医院收治的牙髓病患者60例为对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各30例。两组均给予常规方法治疗干预,对照组采用常规多次根管治疗,观察组采用生物陶瓷材料辅助下的单尖一次性充填法治疗,3个月治疗后评估患者治疗效果,比较两组炎性因子、疼痛程度、牙周指标情况、治疗有效率及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗后3个月的白介素(interleukin,IL)-2、6、C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1、2、3个月的视觉模拟疼痛(visual simulation of pain,VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,观察组患者的改良出血指数(modified sulcular bleeding index,mSBI)、牙周袋深度(probingdepth,PD)以及改良菌斑指数(modified plaque index,mPLI)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率以及总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗过程中牙龈肿痛、咬合不适发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生物陶瓷材料辅助下的单尖一次性充填法用于牙髓病患者中能获得良好的充填效果,可降低炎性因子水平,有效改善牙周指标指数,未增加不良反应发生率,可有效缓解术后疼痛,提高总有效率,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of single point one-off filling assisted by bioceramic materials in patients with endodontic diseases.Methods A total of 60 patients with endodontic disease from December 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional methods.The control group was treated with conventional multiple root canal therapy,and the observation group was treated with single point one-time filling method assisted by bioceramic materials.After 3 months of treatment,the patient’s effect was evaluated,and the inflammatory factors,pain degree,periodontal indicators,treatment effectiveness and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of interleukin(IL)-2,6 and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 3 months after treatment(P<0.05);the visual simulation of pain(VAS)score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 1,2 and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05);three months after treatment,the levels of modified bleeding index(mSBI),periodontal pocket depth(PD)and modified plaque index(mPLI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the effective rate and total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of gingival swelling,pain and occlusal discomfort(P>0.05).Conclusion The single-point one-time filling method assisted by bioceramics can achieve good filling effect in patients with pulp disease,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,effectively improve the periodontal index,without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,effectively relieve postoperative pain,improve the total effective rate,and is worthy of promotion and application.
