鼻咽癌放疗患者应用放射治疗皮肤保护剂治疗皮肤反应的效果

Effect of Skin Protectant for Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Patients Treated With Radiotherapy

目的观察放射皮肤防护剂治疗鼻咽癌放疗患者皮肤反应的效果。方法选择2018年6月—2021年7月入住泰安市肿瘤防治院放疗中心的80例鼻咽癌放疗患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法分为传统组及试验组,传统组40例采用常规皮肤干预,试验组40例患者放射野每天涂擦适量放射皮肤保护剂,2次/d,直到疗程结束,观察两组皮肤反应发生情况,并在组间进行对比分析。结果两组皮肤反应发生率均达到100%,试验组皮肤反应Ⅰ、Ⅱ例数占比分别为82.50%、17.50%,传统组为52.50%、37.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.205、4.013,P=0.004、0.045<0.05);疗程结束时,试验组视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分为(1.95±0.50)分,传统组为(4.21±1.20)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.241,P=0.000<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌患者放疗时在放疗野涂擦皮肤保护剂,有益于减轻放疗野皮肤反应程度,缓解患者主观疼痛,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of radiation skin protection agent on skin reaction of radiotherapy patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 80 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted to Tai’an Cancer Prevention and Treatment Institute from June 2018 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into traditional group and experimental group according to the treatment method,the traditional group of 40 cases with normal skin nursing intervention,the radiation field for the experimental group 40 patients daily inunction a moderate amount of radiation skin protectant,2 times a day,until the end of the course of treatment,observation group skin reactions,and intercropping in group contrast analysis.Results The incidence of skin reaction in two groups reached 100%.The proportion of skin reactionⅠandⅡcases in the test group was82.50%and 17.50%,respectively,compared with 52.50%and 37.50%in the traditional group,with a statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=8.205、4.013,P=0.004、0.045<0.05);at the end of the course of treatment,the visual analog scale(VAS)score of the test group was(1.95±0.50),and that of the traditional group was(4.21±1.20),with a statistically significant difference(t=6.241,P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion Skin protective agent applied in the radiotherapy field of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma is beneficial to reduce the degree of skin reaction in the radiotherapy field and relieve patients’subjective pain,which is worthy of popularization.
