摘要
目的分析福建漳州地区儿童维生素D水平调查情况及探讨维生素D缺乏的影响因素。方法选取2021年1—12月福建医科大学附属漳州市医院体检儿童作为研究对象合计1026例,收集儿童性别、年龄、居住地区。根据儿童维生素D水平将其分为正常组、不足组和缺乏组,分别比较三组儿童不同检测季节、性别、年龄段等特征的维生素D水平和相关疾病情况,并分析影响维生素D水平的因素。结果1026例中,维生素D水平正常组儿童为452例,维生素D水平不足组儿童359例,维生素D水平缺乏组儿童为215例。正常组儿童血清25-(OH)D平均水平为(35.23±3.29)ng/mL,不足组儿童血清25-(OH)D平均水平为(15.66±4.21)ng/mL,缺乏组儿童血清25-(OH)D平均水平为(11.62±1.45)ng/mL。三组儿童血清25-(OH)D水平比较,差异有统计学意义(F=5019.916,P<0.001)。不同性别、年龄、检测季节、居住地区的儿童维生素D水平不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Logistic回归分析结果显示:性别、年龄、检测季节、居住地区儿童维生素D水平的影响因素。结论福建漳州地区儿童维生素D水平总体水平较充足,但需应据儿童个体情况加强补充维生素D,以预防维生素D相关缺乏症。
Objective To analyze the survey of children’s vitamin D level in Zhangzhou area of Fujian Province and explore the influencing factors of vitamin D deficiency.Methods A total of 1026 children were selected from January 2021 to December 2021 for physical examination in Zhangzhou Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University as research objects,and their gender,age and living area were collected.According to the children’s vitamin D level,they were divided into normal group,insufficient group and deficient group.The vitamin D level and related diseases of the three groups of children in different testing seasons,genders,ages and other characteristics were compared,and the factors affecting the vitamin D level were analyzed.Results Among the 1026 children,there were 452 children in the normal vitamin D level group,359 in the insufficient vitamin D level group,and 215 in the deficient vitamin D level group.The mean serum 25-(OH)D level was(35.23±3.29)ng/mL in the normal group,(15.66±4.21)ng/mL in the insufficiency group,and(11.62±1.45)ng/mL in the deficiency group.There was a significant difference in serum 25-(OH)D levels among the three groups(F=5019.916,P<0.001).There were significant differences in vitamin D levels among children with different gender,age and living area(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,age,season and living area were the influencing factors of vitamin D level in children.Conclusion The overall level of vitamin D in children in Zhangzhou area of Fujian Province is good,but attention should be paid to strengthening vitamin D supplementation according to children’s own conditions to prevent vitamin D related deficiency.
