高校附属医院教师党支部组织力提升的探索

Exploration on the Improvement of the Organizational Power of Teachers’Party Branches in Affiliated Hospitals of Colleges and Universities

目的对照新时期公立医院党建工作的目标要求,探讨和分析高校附属医院教师党支部组织力弱化的影响因素及对策建议。方法2019年9—10月以哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院1085名在岗职工党员为调查对象,对高校附属医院教师党支部的组织力现状及弱化原因进行了问卷调查,并使用SAS 9.4软件对有效问卷进行统计学分析。结果组织力弱化因素按照重要性排名,前三位依次为医生护士党员的时间难于集中、党建工作与业务工作脱节、支部班子配备力量不强。结论针对组织力的弱化因素,提出加强制度建设、优化组织设置、创新活动形式、加强班子建设、强化服务功能共五项促进教师党支部组织力提升的策略建议。

Objective In contrast to the objectives and requirements of the party building work in public hospitals in the new era,this paper discusses and analyzes the influencing factors and countermeasures for the weakening of the organizational strength of the party branch of teachers in affiliated hospitals of universities.Methods From September to October 2019,1085employee Party members from the 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected as the survey objects.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the current organizational status of teachers’Party branches in affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities and the reasons for their weakening.The valid questionnaires were analyzed statistically using SAS 9.4 software.Results According to the importance,the top three factors of organizational strength weakening were difficulty in concentrating the time of doctors and nurses’party members,disconnection between the party building work and business work,and weak strength of branch committees.Conclusion In view of the weakening factors of organizational strength,five strategic suggestions are put forward to promote the organizational strength of teachers’party branches,including strengthening the system construction,optimizing the organizational settings,innovating the forms of activities,strengthening the construction of branch committees,and strengthening the service functions.
