血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症的疗效及对皮肤瘙痒的影响

The Curative Effect of Hemoperfusion and Hemodialysis on Uremia and Its Effect on Skin Pruritus

目的分析治疗尿毒症中实现血液灌流联合血液透析治疗的疗效以及对皮肤瘙痒的影响。方法尿毒症患者选取2020年3月—2022年3月沭阳医院肾内科的90例患者,按照不同治疗方法分组各为45例,其中对照组使用血液透析,研究组为血液灌流联合血液透析治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、并发症、治疗前后皮肤瘙痒评分和血浆β_(2)-MG(serumβ_(2)-microglobulin,β_(2)-MG)、甲状旁腺激素水平(parathyroid hormone,PTH)。结果研究组的治疗效果总有效率高于对照组,研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,研究组的皮肤瘙痒评分和血浆β_(2)-MG、PTH水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组的皮肤瘙痒评分和血浆β_(2)-MG、PTH水平较对照组改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对尿毒症患者治疗中,血液灌流联合血液透析治疗效率较高,能改善患者的皮肤瘙痒症状,促使患者生活质量的提升。

Objective To analyze the effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia and the effect on pruritus.Methods A total of 90 patients with uremia who were admitted to the department of nephrology,Shuyang Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected,and divided into 45 patients according to different treatment methods.Among them,the control group received hemodialysis,and the study group received hemodialysis combined with perfusion,serumβ_(2)-microglobulin(β_(2)-MG)and parathyroid hormone(PTH)levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate of the study group was higher than the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the skin pruritus score and plasmaβ_(2)-MG and PTH levels between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the skin pruritus score,plasmaβ_(2)-MG and PTH levels in the study group were improved compared with those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of uremia patients,hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis is more efficient,which can improve the skin itching symptoms of patients and promote the improvement of the quality of life of patients.
