摘要
目的研究对耐多药肺结核患者分别采取莫西沙星与左氧氟沙星的治疗,对比分析该两种治疗的效果。方法纳入2019年12月—2020年12月山东荣成市人民医院门诊所收治的180例耐多药肺结核患者作为研究对象,以治疗方式作为分组依据将患者分为莫西沙星组与左氧氟沙星组,给予莫西沙星组患者以莫西沙星为主的治疗方案,左氧氟沙星组患者的治疗方案中由左氧氟沙星替代莫西沙星,均开展常规治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患者的炎症因子的水平、痰菌转阴率以及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者的炎症因子水平均有降低,其中莫西沙星组患者的白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)以及降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)水平低于左氧氟沙星组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);莫西沙星组的痰菌转阴率(94.44%)高于左氧氟沙星组(85.56%);莫西沙星组的临床有效率(96.67%)高于左氧氟沙星组(88.89%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论莫西沙星或左氧氟沙星的药物治疗在治疗耐多药肺结核时均能产生显著的治疗效果,但莫西沙星能够更快地降低炎症因子水平、提高痰菌转阴率,临床疗效较显著。
Objective To compare the effects of moxifloxacin and levofloxacin in the treatment of multidrug resistant tuberculosis.Methods A total of 180 multidrug resistant tuberculosis patients admitted to the outpatient clinic of Shandong Rongcheng People’s Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were included as the research objects.The patients were divided into moxifloxacin group and levofloxacin group according to the treatment method.Moxifloxacin group patients were given a treatment scheme based on moxifloxacin.Levofloxacin was used to replace moxifloxacin in the treatment scheme of patients in the levofloxacin group.The rest of the drugs were the same as before.After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors,sputum negative conversion rate and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the inflammatory factors for two groups were decreased,interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)levels in moxifloxacin group were lower than levofloxacin group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The negative conversion rate of sputum bacteria in moxifloxacin group(94.44%)was higher than that in levofloxacin group(85.56%).The clinical effective rate of moxifloxacin group(96.67%)was higher than that of levofloxacin group(88.89%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both moxifloxacin and levofloxacin can produce significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of multidrug resistant tuberculosis,but moxifloxacin can rapidly reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve the sputum negative rate,with significant clinical effect.
