艾灸涌泉穴联合经颅磁刺激治疗风寒型偏头痛的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Moxibustion Yongquan Point Combined With Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation on Wind-cold Migraine

目的探究艾灸涌泉穴联合经颅磁刺激治疗风寒型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法选取2021年7月—2022年7月福建中医药大学附属南平人民医院住院或门诊患者中的符合风寒型偏头痛诊断标准的60例病例为研究对象,以双盲法分成两组,各30例患者。对照组仅予以盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗;治疗组在口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊的基础上增加艾灸涌泉穴联合经颅磁刺激治疗。对比两组的临床总有效率、总不良反应率、电生理指标及生活质量。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率(93.33%)显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的总不良反应率(6.67%)明显低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的各项电生理指标及生活质量各维度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸涌泉穴联合经颅刺激治疗风寒型偏头痛的临床疗效突出,既可降低总不良反应率,又可改善电生理指标。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of moxibustion Yongquan point combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of wind-cold migraine.Methods A total of 60 inpatients or outpatients who met the diagnostic criteria of wind-cold migraine in Nanping People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021to July 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by double-blind method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule only.In the treatment group,moxibustion Yongquan point combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation was added on the basis of oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsule.The total clinical effective rate,total adverse reaction rate,electrophysiological indexes and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate of the treatment group(6.67%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of electrophysiological indexes and quality of life in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion Yongquan point combined with transcranial stimulation in the treatment of wind cold migraine has outstanding clinical efficacy,which can not only reduce the total adverse reaction rate,but also improve the electrophysiological indicators.
