海恩法则在肿瘤专科医院日间病房化疗护理安全管理中的应用

Application of Heinrich’s Law in Safety Risk Management of Chemotherapy Care in Day Ward of Oncology Hospital

目的分析海恩法则在肿瘤专科医院日间病房化疗护理安全风险管理中的应用。方法选出广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院日间病房于2021年6月—2022年6月收治的200例日间病房化疗患者,根据不同护理安全风险管理模式对其进行分组,常规管理组与海恩法则组各100例,常规管理组采用常规模式,海恩法则组采用海恩法则模式,对比两组的护理质量评分(专科技能、病情观察、应急处理、主动服务、健康宣教)、并发症发生率(骨髓抑制、院内感染、肺脏损伤)、不良护理事件发生率(用药错误、跌倒、意外脱管)、护理满意度、护患纠纷率、护理投诉率。结果海恩法则组护理质量评分中专科技能、病情观察、应急处理、主动服务、健康宣教的得分均高于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);海恩法则组的并发症发生率低于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);海恩法则组的不良护理事件发生率低于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);海恩法则组的护理满意度高于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);海恩法则组的护患纠纷率、护理投诉率与常规管理组相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论海恩法则在肿瘤专科医院日间病房化疗护理安全风险管理中的应用效果显著,能够明显提高护理质量,降低并发展发生率与不良护理事件发生率,且可提高护理满意度,降低护理投诉率。

Objective To analyze the application of Heinrich’s law in the safety risk management of chemotherapy nursing in the day ward of cancer hospital.Methods A total of 200 patients with chemotherapy in the daytime ward of the Guangxi Medical University Cancer Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected.They were grouped according to different nursing safety risk management modes.There were 100 patients in the routine management group and 100 patients in the Heinrich’s law group.The routine management group adopted the routine mode,and the Heinrich’s law group adopted the Heinrich’s law mode.The nursing quality scores(specialty skills,disease observation,emergency treatment,active service,health education),complication rate(bone marrow suppression,hospital infection,lung injury),incidence of adverse nursing events(medication errors,falls,accidental disconnection),nursing satisfaction,nurse patient dispute rate,and nursing complaint rate were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of technical ability,condition observation,emergency treatment,active service and health education in the Heinrich’s law group were higher than those in the routine management group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of Heinrich’s law group was lower than that of routine management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse nursing events in Hine’s rule group was lower than that in routine management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of Heinrich’s law group was higher than that of routine management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of nurse-patient disputes and nursing complaints in the Heinrich’s law group were similar to that in the routine management group,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application effect of Heinrich’s law in the safety risk management of chemotherapy nursing in the day ward of cancer hospital is significant,which can significantly improve the quality of nursing,reduce the incidence of and development and adverse nursing events,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce the nursing complaint rate.
