医院保洁规范化培训体系的构建与探索——基于教学系统设计模型

摘要 目的借鉴教学系统设计(ISD)模式的理论框架提出基于ISD模型的医院保洁规范化培训体系,以提高医院保洁从业人员整理素质,适应现代化医院建设的需要。方法以国家标准为目标导向,通过问卷调查、深入访谈了解保洁员培训需求及知识储备现状,拟定基于ISD模型的医院保洁培训体系框架。结果基于ISD模型的医院保洁培训体系的实施有利于提高保洁员医院感染防控意识和能力,规范保洁员医院感染防控流程和行为,保障医院环境卫生安全。结论以保洁员为中心系统性地从分析、设计、开发、实施、评价5个环节构建的医院保洁规范化培训体系有利于克服培训的随意性,促进培训的长期可持续发展。 Objective Using the theoretical framework of Teaching System Design(ISD)model for reference,a standardized hospital cleaning training system based on ISD model was proposed,so as to improve the quality of hospital cleaning practitioners and meet the needs of modern hospital construction.Methods Taking national standards as the goal orientation,the training needs and knowledge reserve status of cleaners were understood through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,and the framework of hospital cleaning training system based on ISD model was formulated.Results The implementation of hospital cleaning training system based on ISD model is beneficial to improve the awareness and ability of hospital cleaning staff to prevent and control hospital fever,standardize the process and behavior of hospital cleaning staff to prevent and control hospital fever,and guarantee the environmental health and safety of hospitals.Conclusion The standardized training system of hospital cleaning is constructed systematically from the five links of analysis,design,development,implementation and evaluation,centering on cleaners,which is conducive to overcoming the randomness of training and promoting the long-term sustainable development of training.
