翻转式学习结合在线教育在外科学教学中的应用

Application of flipped learning combined with online education insurgeryteaching

目的探讨翻转式学习结合在线教育的教学模式在外科学教学中的应用价值。方法选取某双一流大学临床医学专业本科生186人作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(94人)和对照组(92人),进行外科学骨关节系统的教学。对照组采用传统演讲式教学法,研究组实施翻转式学习结合线上教育的教学模式,基于期末考核成绩与问卷调查结果评价教学效果,包括学生积极性、学习成绩、课堂满意度等。结果经翻转式学习结合线上教学后学生出勤率、课后考核成绩均明显提高显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);186名学生均完成教学效果反馈,研究组学生对新型教学形式的满意率高达77.7%(73/94)。结论翻转式学习结合在线教育的教学模式可显著提高学生主动性,改善外科学教学效果,具有较好的推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of flipped learning combined with online education in surgery teaching.Methods A total of 186 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine from the university of China s construction plan of world-class universities and first-class were selected as research objects and were randomly divided into control group(n=92)and experimental group(n=94)to conduct surgery osteoarticular system teaching.The control group adopted the traditional speech teaching method,and the experimental group adopted the teaching mode of flipped learning combined with online education.The teaching effect was evaluated based on the final assessment and questionnaire survey results.Results After flipped learning combined with online teaching,the student attendance rate was significantly increased(85.8%vs.65.6%,P<0.05).Results of after-school assessment were significantly improved(9.0±0.7 vs.6.5±1.2,P<0.05).186 students(100%,186/186)completed the teaching effect feedback,and the satisfaction rate of the experimental group to the new teaching form was 77.7%(73/94).Conclusion The teaching mode of flipped learning combined with online education can significantly improve students'initiative and surgical teaching effect,and has well popularization and application value.
