循环管理联合空气压力波治疗仪对神经内科危重症患者深静脉血栓发生率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察循环管理联合空气压力波治疗仪对神经内科危重症患者深静脉血栓发生率的影响。方法选取2020年8月至2021年7月该院收治的神经内科危重症患者104例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组,每组52例。对照组采用基础护理,联合组基于基础护理采用循环管理联合空气压力波治疗仪。比较两组患者深静脉血栓发生情况,干预后静脉最大流出量(MVO)、节段性静脉容积(SVC)、D-二聚体(D-D)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)和护理满意度。结果联合组患者深静脉血栓发生率明显低于对照组,干预后MVO、SVC、D-D、Fg、APTT、PT均明显优于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循环管理联合空气压力波治疗仪用于神经内科危重症患者可调节血流动力学,改善凝血功能,降低深静脉血栓发生率,提高患者护理满意度。 Objective To observe the effect of circulation management combined with air pressure wave treatment on the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in critically ill patients in neurology.Methods 104 critically ill patients in neurology department of our hospital from August 2020 to July 2021 were randomly divided into 52 cases each.The control group was treated with basic nursing,and the combined group was treated with circulation management and air pressure wave.The deep venous thrombosis,MVO,SVC,D-D,Fg,APTT,Pt and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the combined group was 1.92%,which was lower than 15.38%in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,MVO,SVC,D-D,Fg,APTT and Pt in the combined group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of circulation management combined with air pressure wave therapy in critically ill patients in neurology can regulate hemodynamics,improve coagulation function,reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis and improve patients'nursing satisfaction.
