家属参与式心理护理联合叙事护理在癫痫患儿中的应用效果

Application effect of family participatory psychological nursing combined with narrative nursing in children with epilepsy

目的探讨家属参与式心理护理联合叙事护理在癫痫患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月至2021年7月该院收治的癫痫患儿98例,按不同护理方法分为观察组(50例)和对照组(48例)。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理干预基础上接受家属参与式心理护理联合叙事护理干预。比较两组患儿干预3个月后治疗依从性,采用儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)、儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)评估两组患儿干预前、干预3个月后心理状态,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评估两组患儿的家属干预前、干预3个月心理状态,采用癫痫儿童生活质量量表(QOLCE)评估两组患儿干预前,干预1、3个月生活质量。结果观察组患儿干预3个月后治疗依从性明显高于对照组,干预3个月后DSRSC、SCARED、HAMD、HAMA评分均明显低于对照组,干预1、3个月后QOLCE评分均明显高于对照组,患儿的家属干预前、干预3个月HAMD、HAMA评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家属参与式心理护理联合叙事护理用于癫痫患儿可提高治疗依从性,改善患儿及家属心理状态,有利于改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of family participatory psychological nursing combined with narrative nursing in children with epilepsy.Methods 98 children with epilepsy treated in our hospital from June 2020 to July 2021 were retrospectively divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.48 cases in the control group received routine nursing intervention and 50 cases in the observation group received family participatory psychological nursing combined with narrative nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The treatment compliance,pre intervention After 3 months of intervention,the psychological status of children[self rating Depression Scale(DSRSC),children's anxiety disorder screening scale(scaled)],the psychological status of family members[Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)],and the quality of life before intervention,1 month and 3 months of intervention[quality of life scale for epileptic children(QOLCE)].Results The treatment compliance rate in the observation group was 98.00%higher than 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05);after 3 months of intervention,the scores of DSRSC,scaled,HAMD and HAMA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after 1 and 3 months of intervention,the QOLCE score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion The application of family participatory psychological nursing combined with narrative nursing in children with epilepsy can improve the treatment compliance,improve the psychological state of children and their families,and improve the quality of life.
