阶梯式医护一体化超前护理对精神科住院患者跌倒预防的效果研究

Study on the effect of stepped medical-nursing integrated advanced nursing on the prevention of falls in psychiatric inpatients

目的探讨阶梯式医护一体化超前护理干预对精神科住院患者跌倒预防的效果。方法选取2021年4月1日至6月30日天津市某精神科医院收治的精神病住院患者200例作为研究对象,采取便利抽样方法分为干预组和对照组,每组100例。对照组给予传统护理,研究组在传统护理基础上给予阶梯式医护一体化超前护理。比较两组患者干预后预防跌倒依从率、跌倒发生率等。结果研究组患者干预后跌倒发生率明显低于对照组,预防跌倒依从率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶梯式医护一体化超前护理可有效预防跌倒,医院管理人员应合理安排护士在精神病长期住院患者中进行阶梯式医护一体化超前护理。

Objective To explore the effect of step integrated advanced nursing intervention in prevention of fall in psychiatric inpatients.Methods Select a psychiatric hospital,200 cases of hospitalized patients with psychosis in tianjin as the research object,take the convenience sampling method the research object is divided into control group and intervention group,all the 100 cases,control group patients give the traditional nursing intervention,patients with team on the basis of the given step advanced nursing care integration,comparing two groups of patients compliance rate,incidence of fall.Results In the study group after intervention,6 patients fell,the incidence of fall was 3.64%,and the compliance rate of patients with fall prevention was 98.23%.In the control group,15 patients fell,the compliance rate of fall prevention was 56.98%,and the incidence of fall was 7.85%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Step integrated advanced nursing intervention can effectively improve the compliance rate of patients with fall prevention and reduce the incidence of fall,which has important application value in the prevention of fall in patients with long-term mental illness.
