摘要
目的探讨情景式健康教育联合3H护理理念用于输尿管结石(UC)患者的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年9月该院收治的UC患者110例,均行钬激光碎石术治疗,采用随机抽签法分为研究组和常规组,每组55例。常规组予以常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理干预基础上予以情景式健康教育联合3H护理理念的护理干预。对比两组患者干预前后心理应激反应[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分]、术后并发症发生率、护理满意度等。结果两组患者干预后SDS、SAS评分均明显下降,且研究组患者干预后SDS、SAS评分均较常规组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于常规组,护理满意度明显高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予UC患者情景式健康教育联合3H护理理念的护理干预能有效减轻心理应激反应,降低术后并发症发生率,从而提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of situational health education combined with 3H nursing concept on patients with ureteral calculi(UC).Methods 110 patients with UC treated in our hospital from January 2020 to September 2021 were divided into 55 cases by random lot.The routine group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given situational health education combined with 3H nursing concept on the basis of the routine group.The psychological stress response[self rating Depression Scale(SDS),self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)],the incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS in the study group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group(3.64%)was significantly lower than that in the routine group(20.00%),and the nursing satisfaction(96.36%)was significantly higher than that in the routine group(80.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of situational health education combined with 3H nursing concept for UC patients can effectively improve their psychological status,reduce stress response,reduce postoperative complications,and improve their satisfaction with nursing work.
