多学科协作支持的护理干预在急性缺血性脑卒中介入治疗患者中的应用研究

Application of nursing intervention supported by multidisciplinary cooperation in interventional treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke

目的分析多学科协作支持的护理干预在急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)介入治疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年11月至2021年10月该院收治的AIS介入治疗患者82例,按入院时间分为多学科组和对照组,每组41例。对照组实施基础护理干预,多学科组在基础护理干预基础上实施多学科协作支持的护理干预。比较两组患者CT检查时间、静脉溶栓时间、血管再通时间、干预前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MOCA)评分、日常生活活动能力(ADL)量表评分、护理质量满意度等。结果多学科组患者CT检查时间、静脉溶栓时间、血管再通时间均明显短于对照组,护理干预后NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,MOCA、ADL量表评分,以及护理质量满意度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科协作支持的护理干预用于AIS介入治疗患者可缩短救治时间,改善患者神经功能、认知功能、日常活动能力等,提高患者护理质量满意度。

Objective To study and analyze the application of multidisciplinary cooperative nursing intervention in acute ischemic stroke Application effect of(AIS)interventional therapy in patients.Methods 82 patients with AIS interventional therapy in our hospital from November 2019 to October 2021 were divided into two groups according to the admission time,with 41 cases in each group.The control group implemented basic nursing intervention,and the multidisciplinary group implemented multidisciplinary cooperative nursing intervention based on the control group.The CT examination time,intravenous thrombolysis time and vascular recanalization time of the two groups were compared.Results The time of CT examination,intravenous thrombolysis and vascular recanalization in the multidisciplinary group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the NIHSS score in the multidisciplinary group was lower than that in the control group,and the MOCA score and ADL score were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction with nursing quality in the multidisciplinary group was 95.12%higher than 78.05%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention supported by multidisciplinary cooperation can shorten the treatment time,improve patients'neurological function,cognitive function and daily activity ability,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing quality.
