单孔胸腔镜手术在胸外科临床治疗中的应用效果研究

Application effect of single-port thoracoscopic surgery in clinical treatment of diseases in department of thoracic surgery

目的分析单孔胸腔镜手术在胸外科临床治疗中的应用效果,为今后护理工作的开展提供了一定的参考和指导。方法选取2021年1-12月该院收治的胸外科患者120例,随机分为研究组和常规组,每组60例。常规组给予常规胸腔镜治疗,研究组给予单孔胸腔镜手术治疗。比对分析两组患者治疗情况(包括住院时间、胸管留置时间、术中出血量、术后伤口美观评分、疼痛评分)及治疗后生活质量评分。结果与对照组比较,研究组患者住院时间、胸管留置时间、术中出血量、术后伤口美观评分、疼痛评分、治疗后生活质量评分均具有明显优势,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单孔胸腔镜手术在胸外科患者治疗期间的应用能够减少治疗时间及术中出血量,改善患者术后疼痛程度,具有较高的安全性,应该在临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze and study the application effect of hole thoracoscopic surgery in the clinical treatment of thoracic surgery,and to provide certain reference and guidance for the development of nursing work in the future.Methods Research subjects:120 patients with thoracic surgery;study date:January-December 2021.The participants were randomly divided into the study group(60 cases)and the routine group(60 cases).The treatment method of the patients in the routine group:conventional thoracoscopic treatment;the treatment method of the patients in the study group(single-port thoracoscopic surgery).The medical staff compared and analyzed the treatment conditions,pain before and after surgery,and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients.Results Compared with the patients in the control group,the patients in the study group had significant advantages in terms of postoperative wound recovery,quality of life and degree of pain(P<0.05),and the differences in grouping data were statistically significant.Conclusion The application of single-port thoracoscopic surgery during the treatment of thoracic surgery patients can reduce the treatment time and intraoperative blood loss,and improve the postoperative pain degree of patients.This treatment method has high safety and should be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
