前列舒通胶囊联合艾灸治疗Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎疼痛患者的临床研究

Clinical study on Qianlieshutong capsule combined with moxa-wool moxibustion in the treatment of typeⅢchronic prostatitis pain

目的探讨前列舒通胶囊联合艾灸治疗Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎(CP)疼痛患者的疗效及安全性。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月该院收治的诊断为Ⅲ型CP、UPOINT分型为T类患者120例,采用区组随机化法按不同治疗方案分为A组、B组和C组,每组40。A组仅服中成药前列舒通胶囊,B组仅行艾灸疗法,C组给予前列舒通胶囊联合艾灸。比较3组患者治疗后CP症状指数评分(NIH-CPSI)、疼痛症状评分、总有效率和血清炎性细胞因子的差异。结果3组患者治疗前NIH-CPSI、疼痛症状评分,以及前列腺液白细胞介素10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、环氧化酶2(COX-2)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组患者治疗后NIH-CPSI、疼痛症状评分,以及前列腺液TNF-α、COX-2水平均较治疗前明显下降,前列腺液IL-10水平均较治疗前明显升高,且C组患者治疗后NIH-CPSI、疼痛症状评分均明显低于A、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B组患者治疗后NIH-CPSI、疼痛症状评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。C组患者治疗后疼痛症状改善的总有效率明显高于A组、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B组患者治疗后疼痛症状改善的总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组患者治疗后前列腺液IL-10、TNF-α、COX-2水平明比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前列舒通胶囊联合艾灸改善Ⅲ型CP疼痛患者的疼痛症状及整体症状方面疗效均优于单独服用前列舒通胶囊或艾灸,且具有较良好的安全性。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Qianlieshutong capsule combined with Moxibustion in the treatment of typeⅢchronic prostatitis pain.Methods from January 2019 to December 2020,120 patients with typeⅢCP and UPOINT type T were selected.Using random number table method,120 patients were divided into three groups a,B and C according to the treatment scheme,with 40 in each group.Group a only took Qianlieshutong capsule,group B only received moxibustion therapy,and group C Qianlieshutong capsule+moxibustion.The NIH-CPSI score,pain symptom score,treatment efficiency and serum inflammatory factors of the three groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in NIHCPSI score and pain symptom score among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,NIH-CPSI score and pain symptom score of the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).NIH-CPSI score and pain symptom score of group C were significantly lower than those of groups A and B,and there was significant statistical difference between group A and B(P<0.05).There was little difference between group A and group B,There was no statistical significance(P>0.05);After treatment,the total effective rate of pain symptom improvement in group C was 95%,and the total effective rates of patients in group A and group B were 72.50%and 70.00%respectively.There was significant difference between group C and groups A and B(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between groups A and B(P>0.05);IL-10 and TNF in prostatic fluid of the three groups before treatment-α,There was no significant difference in the level of COX-2(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of IL-10 in groups a,B and C increased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.05)-α,The level of COX-2 decreased significantly(P<0.05);The comparison between groups showed that IL-10 and TNF in the three groups after treatmentα,There was no difference in the level of COX-2(P>0.05).Conclusion Qianlieshutong capsule combined with moxibustion is better than Qianlieshutong capsule or moxibustion alone in improving the pain symptoms and overall symptoms of patients with type III CP pain,and has good safety.
