孤独症儿童“引导式沙盘游戏治疗”个案游戏兴趣变化研究

摘要 目的探究运用“引导式沙盘游戏治疗”治疗1例孤独症儿童的疗效。方法采用个案研究法,对1例孤独症儿童进行为期5个月共20次的“引导式沙盘游戏治疗”,每周1次,每次50~60 min。观察其疗效。结果该儿童治疗后游戏兴趣提高,能自主探索不同种类的玩具。刻板行为减少,游戏中能模仿并配合治疗师,眼神互动增加。结论“引导式沙盘游戏治疗”可有效针对严重兴趣狭窄的孤独症儿童,帮助其激发广泛的游戏动机和对游戏环境的关注。 Objective Some autistic children have extremely narrow interests,they have a serious lack of interest in the game and motivation to explore the environment.It is difficult to carry out the traditional nonguided sandplay therapy effectively for such children,so the author of this paper used“guided sandplay therapy”to treat such autistic children in practical work,and explored its efficacy.Methods Take the case method,a child with autism was treated with guided sandplay therapy 20 times in 5 months,once a week and 50 to 60 minutes each time.Results The child's interest in games increased,and he could explore different kinds of toys independently.His stereotyped behavior decreased and eye interaction increased,and he was able to imitate and cooperate with the therapist in the game.Conclusion“guided sandplay therapy”can be effective for autistic children with extremely narrow interests,helping them to stimulate a wide range of game motivation and attention to the game environment.
