中药汤剂常见不良反应及药学干预价值分析

Analysis on Common Adverse Reactions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction and Value of Pharmaceutical Intervention

目的:探究中药汤剂常见不良反应及药学干预价值。方法:选取2018年2月-2019年8月上海徐汇区枫林街道社区卫生服务中心收治的100例使用中药汤剂住院患者作为对照组,选取2020年2月-2021年8月收治的100例使用中药汤剂住院患者作为干预组。对照组观察记录不良反应,干预组总结之前不良反应发生的原因施予相应的药学干预。比较两组不良反应发生情况、累及器官和表现等。结果:干预组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应累及器官以消化系统为主,其次是皮肤、神经系统和心血管系统。引起不良反应的原因有配伍禁忌、适应证把握不当、用法不合理、剂量过大、用法不当以及疗程偏长等。结论:中药汤剂所致不良反应以消化系统为主,导致不良反应发生的原因有很多,施予药学干预,能够使用药更加规范,预防和降低不良反应的发生。

Objective:To explore the common adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine decoction and the value of pharmaceutical intervention.Methods:A total of 100 inpatients treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction in Community Health Service Center of Fenglin Street in Xuhui District of Shanghai from February 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the control group.And 100 inpatients treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction from February 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the intervention group.The adverse reactions were observed and recorded in the control group.The causes of previous adverse reactions were summarized and the corresponding pharmaceutical intervention was given in the intervention group.The occurrence,organ involvement and manifestations of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Digestive system was the main organ involved by adverse reactions,followed by the skin,nervous system and cardiovascular system.Causes of adverse reactions included incompatibility,improper indications,unreasonable usage,excessive dosage,improper usage and long course of treatment.Conclusion:The adverse reactions caused by traditional Chinese medicine decoction are mainly in digestive system,and there are many reasons for the occurrence of adverse reactions.Pharmaceutical intervention can standardize the use of drugs,prevent and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
