心理护理与安全预防接种护理在儿童预防接种中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Psychological Nursing and Safety Vaccination Nursing in Children’s Vaccination

目的:探析心理护理与安全预防接种护理在儿童预防接种中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年5月-2022年5月在菏泽市定陶区滨河街道办事处卫生院进行预防接种的100例儿童为研究对象,以入院接种先后顺序分为常规组与试验组,各50例。常规组实施基础心理护理,试验组在对照组基础上实施安全预防接种护理。比较两组不良反应总发生率、儿童接种依从性、预防接种护理安全管理效果。结果:试验组不良反应发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013 8);试验组接种总依从率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007 6);试验组接种配合高、一次接种成功、家长预防接种知识知晓率均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在儿童预防接种工作中心理护理与安全预防接种护理的应用可提高儿童接种依从性,降低不良反应发生率,建议普及应用。

Objective:To explore and analyze the application value of psychological nursing and safety vaccination nursing in children’s vaccination.Methods:From May 2021 to May 2022,100 children who were vaccinated in the Binhe Subdistrict Office in Dingtao District of Heze City were selected as the study subjects.According to the order of admission vaccination,the children were divided into conventional group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The conventional group implemented basic psychological nursing,and the experimental group implemented safety vaccination nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions,children’s vaccination compliance,and vaccination nursing safety management effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013 8).The vaccination compliance rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007 6).The rates of high vaccination compliance,one vaccination success,and parents’ mastery of vaccination knowledge in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of psychological nursing and safety vaccination nursing in children’ s vaccination work can improve children’s vaccination compliance,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and it is recommended to be popularized and applied.
