精细化护理对改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭患者的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Refined Nursing on Improvement of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Respiratory Failure

目的:探究精细化护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者的预后及和谐医患关系建立的作用。方法:选取2021年1-12月绵阳市中心医院收治的98例慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同,分为对照组与观察组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施精细化护理。比较两组患肺部啰音、憋喘消失时间,用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量比值(FEV_(1)/FVC)水平,并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组肺部啰音、憋喘消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭患者护理过程中使用精细化护理进行干预,利于改善患者预后,可提高护理满意度,对建立和谐医患关系具有积极影响。

Objective:To explore the effect of refined nursing on the prognosis of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure and on the establishment of harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2021,98 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure in Mianyang Central Hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the observation group implemented refined nursing.The disappearance time of pulmonary rales and wheezing,the levels of forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV_(1)),and forced expiratory volume in 1 second/forced vital capacity(FEV_(1)/FVC),the complications and nursing satisfaction in two groups were compared.Results:The disappearance time of pulmonary rales and wheezing in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FVC,FEV_(1)and FEV_(1)/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing process of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure,the use of refined nursing for intervention can help improve the prognosis of patients,improve nursing satisfaction,and has a positive impact on the establishment of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
