家庭保健和心理护理在社区老年慢性病群体中的效果分析

Analysis on Effect of Family Health Care and Psychological Nursing in Elderly Patients with Chronic Diseases in Community

目的:分析对社区老年慢性病患者实施家庭保健和心理护理干预后对不良情绪和生活质量的影响。方法:选取2019年8月-2021年8月参与社区管理的124例老年慢性病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各62例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行家庭保健与心理护理,比较两组情绪状态及生活质量。结果:护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组躯体、情绪、角色及社会功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组躯体、情绪、角色及社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年慢性病患者进行家庭保健与心理干预,疗效确切。

Objective:To analyze the influence of implementing family health care and psychological nursing intervention on the bad mood and quality of life in community elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods:A total of 124 elderly patients with chronic diseases who participated in community management from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 62 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received family health care and psychological nursing on the basis of control group.The mood state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in physical,emotional,role and social function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the physical,emotional,role and social function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of family health care and psychological intervention for elderly patients with chronic diseases has definite efficacy.
