信阳地区“3+2”助理全科医生规范化培训效果研究

摘要 目的:分析信阳地区“3+2”助理全科医生规范化培训的方法及效果,以期为信阳地区的“3+2”助理全科医生规范化培训工作提供理论参考。方法:于2022年7月随机抽取于“3+2”助理全科医生规范化培训基地内接受规范化培训的45名助理全科医生作为观察组,同期随机抽取未接受过规范化培训的45名助理全科医生作为对照组。对比两组学生的考核成绩及满意度。结果:培训前,两组学生理论考核及操作技能成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。培训后,两组学生理论考核及操作技能成绩均高于培训前,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组学生理论考核及操作技能成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组培训满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。结论:规范化培训可以有效提高信阳地区“3+2”助理全科医生的培训效果,提高助理全科医生对专业技能和理论知识的掌握程度。 Objective:To analyze the method and effect of the standardized training for "3+2" assistant general practitioners in Xinyang area,so as to provide theoretical reference for standardized training for "3+2" assistant general practitioners in Xinyang area.Methods:In July 2022,45 assistant general practitioners who received standardized training in standardized training base for "3+2" assistant general practitioners were randomly selected as the observation group.During the same period,45 assistant general practitioners who did not receive standardized training were randomly selected as the control group.The appraisal score and satisfaction of students in two groups were compared.Results:Before the training,there was no significant difference in the theoretical appraisal and operational skill scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the training,the theoretical appraisal and operational skill scores in the two groups were higher than those before the training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the theoretical appraisal and operational skill scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The training satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011).Conclusion:Standardized training can effectively improve the training effect of "3+2" assistant general practitioners in Xinyang area,and improve their mastery of assistant general practitioners for professional skills and theoretical knowledge.
