子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病经腹部彩色多普勒超声临床鉴别价值探析

Clinical Differentiation Value of Abdominal Color Doppler Ultrasound Between Uterine Fibroids and Adenomyosis

目的探析经腹部彩色多普勒超声检查对子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌病的临床鉴别价值。方法纳入西华第一医院2019年2月至2021年5月间收治的80例子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌病患者,所有患者均接受经腹部彩色多普勒超声检查,以术后病理诊断结果作为金标准,对两种疾病患者彩超检查反馈数据进行整理,归纳对于此类患者的临床鉴别价值。结果经腹部彩色多普勒超声检查对子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌病诊断的阳性符合率分别为88.89%、88.57%。子宫肌瘤患者的子宫动脉搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)指标显著低于子宫腺肌病患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经腹部彩色多普勒超声鉴别子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌病有较好的临床指导价值。

Objective To explore the value of abdominal color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with uterine fibroids and adenomyosis admitted to Xihua First Hospital from February 2019 to May 2021 were enrolled.All patients underwent abdominal color Doppler ultrasound examination.The postoperative pathological diagnosis results were used as the gold standard,and the feedback data of color Doppler ultrasound examination of patients with two diseases were sorted out to summarize the clinical differential value of such patients.Results The positive coincidence rates of abdominal color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis were 88.89%and 88.57%,respectively.The uterine artery pulsation index(PI)and resistance index(RI)indexes of patients with uterine fibroids were significantly lower than those of patients with adenomyosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal color Doppler ultrasonography has good clinical value in differentiating uterine myoma and adenomyosis.
