儿童替牙期龋齿发生对口腔幽门螺杆菌感染及唾液口腔pH的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析儿童替牙期龋齿发生对口腔幽门螺杆菌感染(Hp)及唾液口腔pH的影响。方法回顾性分析郑州大学附属儿童医院2020年4月至2021年4月共150例替牙期儿童临床资料,统计儿童龋齿发生及口腔幽门螺杆菌感染情况、唾液口腔的pH值、牙菌斑情况。结果150例替牙期儿童龋齿发病率为48.67%,口腔Hp阳性率为58.67%。其中重度龋齿患儿口腔Hp阳性率高于轻度与中度龋齿患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度龋齿患儿唾液pH值显著低于轻度与中度龋齿患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。口腔Hp感染阳性儿童平均牙菌斑指数(4.08±0.36)高于阴性儿童(3.40±0.41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童替牙期龋齿发生与口腔Hp感染及唾液口腔pH值密切相关,可作为临床治疗的参考指标之一。 Objective To analyze the effect of caries in mixed dentition period on oral helicobacter pylori infection(Hp)and salivary oral pH in children.Methods The clinical data of 150 children in mixed dentition period from April 2020 to April 2021 in the Children’s Hospital affiliated to Zhengzhou University were retrospectively analyzed,and the incidence of dental caries,oral Helicobacter pylori infection,pH value of saliva and oral cavity,and dental plaque were statistically analyzed.Results The incidence rate of dental caries in 150 children in mixed dentition period was 48.67%,and the positive rate of oral Hp was 58.67%.The positive rate of oral Hp in children with severe dental caries was higher than that in children with mild and moderate dental caries,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The salivary pH value of children with severe caries was significantly lower than that of children with mild and moderate caries,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average plaque index of children with positive oral Hp infection(4.08±0.36)was significantly higher than that of children with negative oral Hp infection(3.40±0.41),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of caries in mixed dentition in children is closely related to oral Hp infection and salivary oral pH value,which can be used as one of the reference indicators for clinical treatment.
