安全护理管理指导下的整体护理模式对老年痴呆患者生活质量及认知功能的影响

Effect of Holistic Nursing Model under the Guidance of Safe Nursing Management on the Quality of Life and Cognitive Function of Senile Dementia Patients

目的探讨安全护理管理指导下的整体护理模式对老年痴呆患者生活质量及认知功能的影响。方法选取郑州市第一人民医院2018年2月至2022年2月收治的90例老年痴呆患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用安全护理管理指导下的整体护理干预,比较两组干预前后的认知功能、睡眠质量、日常生活能力、生活质量及意外事件发生情况。结果干预后两组认知功能评分(MMSE)、日常生活能力评分(ADL)、生活质量评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预后两组睡眠质量评分(PSQI)降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组意外事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安全护理管理指导下的整体护理模式可有效改善老年痴呆患者认知功能和日常生活能力,提高睡眠质量和生活质量,降低意外事件发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of the holistic nursing model under the guidance of safe nursing management on the quality of life and cognitive function of senile dementia patients.Methods A total of 90 patients with senile dementia admitted to Zhengzhou First People’s Hospital from February 2018 to February 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with holistic nursing intervention under the guidance of safe nursing management.The cognitive function,sleep quality,daily living ability,quality of life,and the occurrence of accidents were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the cognitive function score(MMSE),daily living ability score(ADL),and quality of life score of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the sleep quality score(PSQI)of the two groups was decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of the accident in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The holistic nursing mode under the guidance of safe nursing management can effectively improve the cognitive function and daily living ability of senile dementia patients,improve the quality of sleep and life,and reduce the incidence of accidents,the effect is better than the conventional nursing mode.
