经济高质量发展的溢出效应研究——基于居民幸福感的经验证据

Spillover Effects of High-quality Economic Development--Empirical Evidence Based on Residents’ Happiness

适应我国社会主要矛盾的变化,要以实现人民群众物质生活和精神生活富裕为目标。经济高质量发展的同时伴随着收入差距降低,促进社会公平正义和人的全面发展,从而带来了幸福感的提升,推进共同富裕的实现。本文测度了31个省市区的经济高质量发展指数,结合中国综合社会调查(CGSS)中居民幸福感的微观数据,采用有序Probit模型探讨了经济高质量发展与居民幸福感之间的关系。研究结果表明,经济高质量发展显著提升了居民幸福感,降低收入差距是经济高质量发展发挥溢出效应的重要机制。此外,经济高质量发展溢出效应在青年人群体以及中西部区域更显著。本文从幸福感的视角推动了经济高质量发展的区域和人群溢出效应研究,并提出相关政策建议。

To adapt to the changes in the main contradictions of our society, we should aim to achieve the material and spiritual prosperity of the people. High-quality economic development is accompanied by a reduction in income disparity, which promotes social fairness and justice and the all-round development of people, thereby bringing about an increase in happiness and promoting the realization of common prosperity. This study measures the economic high-quality development index of 31provinces, then combines the micro data of residents’ happiness in China General Social Survey(CGSS) to explore the relationship between high-quality economic development and residents’ happiness by the ordered Probit model. The results show that high-quality economic development has significantly improved residents’ happiness, and reducing income gap is an important mechanism for high-quality economic development to exert spillover effects. In addition, the spillover effects of high-quality economic development are more significant in the youth groups and the central and western regions. This study promotes the study of regional and crowd spillover effects of high-quality economic development from the perspective of happiness, putting forward relevant policy recommendations.
