夏桑菊颗粒对手足口病毒CoxA16的体外抑制作用

Inhibitory Effects of Xiasangjv Granules Against CoxA16 Caused Hand-Foot-Mouth In Vitro

目的研究夏桑菊颗粒对手足口病毒CoxA16的体外抑制作用效果。方法采用细胞病变效应(CPE)法测定夏桑菊颗粒对Vero细胞的安全剂量,通过噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测手足口病毒CoxA16经过夏桑菊颗粒预处理后对Vero细胞体外感染的抑制作用。结果夏桑菊颗粒在7.812 mg·mL^(-1)及以下浓度时对Vero细胞没有明显细胞毒性;手足口病毒CoxA16对Vero细胞的TCID_(50)为10^(-4.375)/100μL;夏桑菊颗粒在7.812、3.906与1.953 mg·mL^(-1)浓度下均能显著抑制手足口病毒CoxA16对Vero细胞的感染率。结论夏桑菊颗粒安全,具有体外抑制手足口病毒CoxA16的药效活性,可为手足口病的防治提供临床用药参考依据。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the inhibitory effect of Xiasangjv granules against Coxsackievirus A16(CoxA16)which caused hand-foot-mouth virus(HFMV)in vitro.METHODS The safe dose of Xiasangjv granules for Vero cells was determined by cytopathic effect(CPE)and the methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT)method was used to evaluate the inhibitory effect of Xiasangjv granules against CoxA16 with drug pretreatment.RESULTS Xiasangjv granules showed no significant cytotoxicity on Vero cells below the concentrations of 7.812 mg·mL^(-1)and the TCID50 of CoxA16 on Vero cells was 10^(-4.375)/100μL.Xiasangjv granules could significantly inhibit the infection rate of CoxA16 on Vero cells at the concentrations of 7.812,3.906,1.953 mg·mL^(-1),respectively.CONCLUSION Xiasangjv granules are safe and show remarkable in vitro inhibitory effect against CoxA16,which can provide clinical references for the prevention and treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease.
