摘要
2022年9月国务院学位委员会公布新的研究生培养学科目录,其中将区域国别学设为交叉学科门类下的独立一级学科,切合我国当前的学术需要和国家发展需要。目前,我国区域国别研究的问题主要表现有二:一是在地理分布上只涉及少数国家,对世界上多数国家、地区缺乏认识;二是在内容上受各学科内涵的限制,很难满足区域国别研究的要求,即对一国或一地区做全面的、完整的研究和了解。我国的区域国别研究需要大力推进,发展和推动区域国别研究的关键是培养人才,没有人才,区域国别研究就不可能发展。发展我国区域国别研究的根本出路是培养人。根据该学科的本质要求,区域国别学的人才培养目标是“通才+专才”。区域国别学的这种高要求,意味着其不能靠自发的力量推进,必须由国家来推动,尽社会全力来推动。
In September 2022, the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council announced the new directory of disciplines for postgraduate training, in which the area/regional studies were set as independent first-level disciplines under the interdisciplinary category, which is in line with China’s current academic and national development needs. At present, there are two main problems in China’s area/regional studies. First, only a few countries are involved in geographical distribution, and there is a lack of understanding of most countries and regions in the world;The second is that the content is limited by the connotation of various disciplines, and not enough to meet the requirements of area research, that is, comprehensive and complete research and understanding of a country or a region. China’s area research needs to be vigorously promoted. The key to developing and promoting area research is to train scholar. According to the essential requirements of the discipline, the talent training goal of regional studies is “generalists+specialists”. In China, area studies of high quality not only promoted by universities and institutions, but also by the state and public.
