无菌溶液灌注密封系统结合冰盐混合物低共熔点快速制备无菌冰泥的应用效果

Application Effect of Sterile Solution Perfusion Sealing System Combined with Low Eutectic Point of Ice Salt Mixture for Rapid Preparation of Sterile Ice Slush

摘要 目的 探讨无菌溶液灌注密封系统结合冰盐混合物低共熔点制备无菌冰泥的应用效果。方法 选择2020年10月至2021年10月南方医科大学顺德医院60名具备护士执业资格的手术室护士为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规方法制备冰泥,观察组采用无菌溶液灌注密封系统结合冰盐混合物低共熔点制备无菌冰泥。比较两组制备时间、制备成功率与削成冰泥所需时间,以及两组冰泥的细菌培养合格率。结果 与对照组相比,观察组制备时间与削冰时间均较短,制备成功率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组制备的冰泥经细菌培养均无细菌生长。结论 相对常规制冰方法,利用无菌溶液灌注密封系统结合冰盐混合物低共熔点快速制备无菌冰泥,提高了制备成功率,缩短了无菌冰泥的制备时间与削冰时间。 Objective The application effect of sterile solution perfusion sealing system combined with low eutectic point of ice salt mixture to prepare sterile ice slush was explored. Methods With selection of 60 operating room nurses in Shunde Hospital of Southern Medical University with nurse qualification as the subjects, they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table. With preparation of ice slush by using conventional methods in the control group and using method of sterile solution perfusion sealing system combined with low eutectic point of ice salt mixture in the observation group, the preparation time, preparation success rate, the time needed to cut into ice slush and the qualified rate of bacteria culture of ice slush were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group, the preparation time and ice cutting time in the observation group were shorter, and the preparation success rate was higher, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);No bacteria grew in the ice slush prepared by the two groups after bacterial culture. Conclusion Compared with conventional ice making methods, sterile solution perfusion sealing system combined with low eutectic point of ice salt mixture was used to rapidly prepare aseptic ice mud, which improved the success rate of preparation and shortened the preparation time and ice cutting time of sterile ice slush.
