超声估测不同体重范围单胎及双胎

摘要 胎儿体重可以反映胎儿的生长发育及宫内妊娠情况,同时有助于识别巨大儿及低体重儿,从而为选择正确的分娩时间及方式和拟定胎儿宫内诊疗方案提供重要凭据,进而有效降低分娩并发症发生率及围生儿病死率,所以准确估测胎儿的体重具有重要意义。该研究就近年超声估测不同体重范围单胎及双胎的方法予以分析、归纳总结。 Fetal weight can not only reflect the growth and development of the fetus and intrauterine pregnancy, but also help to identify macrosomia and low birth weight infants, which provides important evidence for selecting the correct delivery time and method and formulating the intrauterine diagnosis and treatment plan of the fetus. Based on this, the incidence of delivery complications and perinatal mortality can be effectively reduced, which shows that it is important to accurately estimate the fetal weight. In this paper, the methods of ultrasound estimation of singleton and twins with different body weight range in recent years were analyzed and summarized.
