局部旋转皮瓣修复手术在头面部软组织缺损中的应用效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of local rotating flap repair in soft tissue defect of head and face

目的 探讨局部旋转皮瓣修复手术在头面部软组织缺损中的临床应用效果。方法 58例头面部软组织缺损患者,随机分为局部旋转组及临床传统组,每组29例。局部旋转组采用局部旋转皮瓣修复手术,临床传统组采用临床传统修复手术。比较两组临床疗效、医治效果满意度。结果 局部旋转组总有效率89.66%高于临床传统组的65.52%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。局部旋转组修复流程满意度评分(88.35±1.24)分、医治质量评分(92.52±1.07)分、皮肤修复匹配程度评分(90.26±1.24)分及轮廓程度评分(90.31±0.69)分均高于临床传统组的(80.04±1.30)、(82.61±1.89)、(83.57±1.68)、(81.58±1.03)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于头面部软组织缺损患者,使用局部旋转皮瓣修复手术能促进患者头面部功能重构和美容修复,其不仅能够确保患者头面部外形轮廓达到较为理想的恢复状态,而且不会对患者头面部以及周围邻近器官造成影响,有利于减少意外情况的出现,从而提高患者对手术医治的满意度。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of local rotating flap in soft tissue defect of head and face. Methods A total of 58 patients with soft tissue defects of the head and face were randomly divided into a local rotation group and a clinical conventional group, with 29 patients in each group. The local rotation group used the local rotation flap repair, and the clinical conventional group used the clinical conventional repair. The clinical efficacy and satisfaction with the medical effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the local rotation group was 89.66%, which was higher than 65.52% of the clinical conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The repair process satisfaction score(88.35±1.24) points, treatment quality score(92.52±1.07) points, skin repair matching score(90.26±1.24) points, and contour degree score(90.31±0.69) points in local rotation group were higher than(80.04±1.30),(82.61±1.89),(83.57±1.68), and(81.58±1.03) points in clinical conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with soft tissue defect of head and face, the use of local rotating flap repair can facilitate functional and cosmetic restoration of the patient’s head and face. It can not only ensure the recovery of patient’s head facial outline to achieve ideal state, but also won’t affect patient’s head face and the surrounding adjacent organs, which can reduce the occurrence of unexpected circumstances, so as to improve patients’ satisfaction with surgical treatment.
