依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效评价

Evaluation on the clinical efficacy of enalapril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure

目的 探讨依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 80例慢性心力衰竭患者,根据双盲随机法分为对照组及实验组,每组40例。对照组给予依那普利治疗,实验组给予依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗。比较两组治疗前后心功能指标(左室收缩末期内径、左室舒张末期内径、左室射血分数、心功能等级、心室率)及治疗效果。结果 治疗后,两组患者的左室收缩末期内径、左室舒张末期内径、左室射血分数、心功能等级、心室率均较本组治疗前改善,且实验组左室收缩末期内径(36.34±1.25)mm、左室舒张末期内径(44.15±2.11)mm小于对照组的(42.21±1.53)、(56.48±2.12)mm,左室射血分数(57.61±0.26)%高于对照组的(51.18±0.37)%,心功能等级(1.51±0.21)级、心室率(85.31±4.21)次/min低于对照组的(2.54±0.67)级、(94.45±9.25)次/min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 慢性心力衰竭患者实施依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗的效果确切,可改善患者的心功能,值得推广和应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of enalapril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into control group and experimental group according to double-blind randomization method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with enalapril, and the experimental group was treated with enalapril and metoprolol. Both groups were compared in terms of cardiac function indexes(left ventricular end-systolic diameter,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction, cardiac function grading, ventricular rate)before and after treatment, and therapeutic effects. Results After treatment, the left ventricular end-systolic diameter, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction, cardiac function grading,and ventricular rate in both groups were better than those before treatment in this group;the left ventricular end-systolic diameter(36.34±1.25) mm and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(44.15±2.11) mm in the experimental group were less than(42.21±1.53) and(56.48±2.12) mm in the control group;the left ventricular ejection fraction(57.61±0.26) % in the experimental group was higher than(51.18±0.37) % in the control group;the cardiac function grading(1.51±0.21) grades and ventricular rate(85.31±4.21) beats/min in the experimental group were lower than(2.54±0.67) grades and(94.45±9.25) beats/min in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.00%, which was higher than 77.50% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Enalapril combined with metoprolol has definite effect on patients with chronic heart failure, which can improve the cardiac function, and is worthy of promotion and application.
