津力达颗粒联合盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗对初诊肥胖2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢的影响研究

Study on effect of Jinlida granule combined with metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets on glucose and lipid metabolism of newly diagnosed obese type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的 研究采用津力达颗粒与盐酸二甲双胍缓释片联合治疗对初诊肥胖2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢水平的影响。方法 98例初诊肥胖2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,以随机抽取的方式分为A组与B组,各49例。A组采用津力达颗粒治疗, B组采用津力达颗粒联合盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗。对比两组治疗前后血脂代谢[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、脂联素]水平及血糖[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]水平。结果 治疗后, B组TG(1.53±0.24)mmol/L、TC(4.55±0.67)mmol/L、脂联素(6.13±1.25)μg/ml均低于A组的(1.86±0.41)mmol/L、(5.33±0.71)mmol/L、(7.22±1.29)μg/ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后, B组FPG(5.53±0.67)mmol/L、2 h PG(6.72±1.35)mmol/L、HbA1c(5.09±0.16)%均低于A组的(6.17±0.75)mmol/L、(8.14±1.81)mmol/L、(6.11±0.19)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 初诊肥胖2型糖尿病患者采用津力达颗粒联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗可有效改善糖脂代谢功能,降低血糖水平,建议推广。

Objective To study the effect of Jinlida granule combined with metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets on glucose and lipid metabolism of newly diagnosed obese type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 98 patients with newly diagnosed obese type 2 diabetes mellitus were studied and randomly divided into group A and group B, with 49 cases in each group. Group A was treated with Jinlida granule, and group B was treated with Jinlida granule and metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets. Both groups were compared in terms of lipid metabolism [triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), adiponectin] and blood glucose [fasting plasma glucose(FPG), 2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)] before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the TG(1.53±0.24) mmol/L, TC(4.55±0.67) mmol/L, and adiponectin(6.13±1.25) μg/ml in group B were lower than(1.86±0.41) mmol/L,(5.33±0.71) mmol/L, and(7.22±1.29) μg/ml in group A, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the FPG(5.53±0.67) mmol/L, 2 h PG(6.72±1.35) mmol/L, and HbA1c(5.09±0.16) % in group B were lower than(6.17±0.75) mmol/L,(8.14±1.81) mmol/L, and(6.11±0.19) % in group A, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Jinlida granule combined with metformin hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with newly diagnosed obese type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively improve the glucose and lipid metabolism function of patients, reduce the levels of blood glucose, which is recommended to be popularized.
