耳穴压豆结合中药穴位贴敷对眩晕伴睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量的影响

Effect of auricular points plaster therapy combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on sleep quality in patients with vertigo and sleep disorder

目的 分析耳穴压豆结合中药穴位贴敷对眩晕伴睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量的影响。方法 60例眩晕伴睡眠障碍患者,随机分为对照组及试验组,每组30例。对照组采取中药穴位贴敷治疗,试验组采取耳穴压豆结合中药穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组患者的眩晕生活质量量表评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分、中医证候积分、临床疗效。结果 试验组患者的眩晕生活质量量表评分(1.00±0.19)分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分(5.17±0.62)分、中医证候积分(10.23±1.11)分均低于对照组的(3.57±0.09)、(13.93±0.85)、(28.27±1.43)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的临床总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采取耳穴压豆结合中药穴位贴敷治疗对眩晕伴睡眠障碍患者的效果显著,可改善患者的临床症状,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of auricular points plaster therapy combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on sleep quality in patients with vertigo and sleep disorder. Methods A total of 60 patients with vertigo and sleep disorder were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine, while the experimental group was treated with auricular points plaster therapy and acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine. The scores of vertigo quality of life scale, Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group had a vertigo quality of life scale score of(1.00±0.19) points, a Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale score of(5.17±0.62) points, and a traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of(10.23±1.11) points, which were lower than(3.57±0.09),(13.93±0.85), and(28.27±1.43) points in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total clinical efficiency of the patients in the expreimental group was 93.33%, which was higher than 66.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Auricular points plaster therapy combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of sleep disorder in patients with vertigo,and can improve patients’ clinical symptoms, which is worth popularizing.
