探讨口部肌肉训练联合语音训练对功能性构音障碍患儿言语发育的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨功能性构音障碍患儿采用口部肌肉训练联合语音训练对言语发育的影响。方法 70例功能性构音障碍患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例。观察组采用口部肌肉训练联合语音训练,对照组采用常规语音训练。比较两组患儿的言语功能恢复情况(构音清晰度、口部运动功能),社会生活能力、神经心理发育情况,临床疗效,家长满意度。结果 训练后,观察组患儿的构音清晰度(92.04±5.02)%、口部运动功能评分(129.79±7.20)分高于对照组的(83.17±4.75)%、(122.05±6.51)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。训练后,观察组患儿的社会生活能力评分(9.95±1.03)分、发育商(DQ)(99.29±5.31)分高于对照组的(9.12±1.15)、(92.76±6.08)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的总有效率94.29%高于对照组的74.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的家长满意度91.43%高于对照组的71.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 功能性构音障碍患儿接受系统性的口部肌肉训练、语音训练,有助于促进言语发育,对于其身心健康成长有着积极的影响。 Objective To discuss the effect of oral muscle training combined with speech training on speech development in children with functional dysarthria. Methods A total of 70 children with functional dysarthria were studied and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 35 cases in each group. The observation group used oral muscle training and speech training, and the control group used conventional speech training. Both groups were compared in terms of recovery of speech function(articulatory clarity, oral motor function), social life ability, neuropsychological development, clinical efficacy and parental satisfaction. Results After training, the observation group had articulatory clarity of(92.04±5.02)% and oral motor function score of(129.79±7.20) points, which were higher than(83.17±4.75)% and(122.05±6.51) points in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the training, the observation group had social competence score of(9.95±1.03) points and developmental quotient(DQ) score of(99.29±5.31) points, which were higher than(9.12±1.15) and(92.76±6.08) points in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 74.29% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The parental satisfaction rate was 91.43% in the observation group, which was higher than 71.43% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Systematic oral muscle training and speech training for children with functional dysarthria is helpful to promote speech development and has a positive impact on their physical and mental health.
