The Ukrainian crisis has made a lasting impact on the global civil aviation industry through the closure of airspace,suspension of flights,and restrictions on the sale of aircraft and spare parts.The supply and demand of civil aviation services in China have also been influenced,the pressure on flight safety operation and air traffic control has increased sharply,the difficulty of air material support has increased,and the development dilemma of airlines will continue.In order to effectively respond to Ukrainian crisis,it is urgent to make efforts in enhancing aviation capacity,improving the efficiency of air traffic control services,enhancing the level of autonomy and control of the civil aviation manufacturing industry,and relieving the operating difficulties of the airline company,so as to further improve the quality and resilience of the development of the civil aviation industry.
