在新时代背景下,如何实现高质量发展目标要求,破解城市优化开发阶段面临的日益凸显的要素制约,是交通基础设施建设面临的系统性问题。就道路建设领域而言,亟需开展区域路网建设时序研究,合理安排一定时期内的道路建设顺序,将有限的资金用于解决群众出行和货物运输需要的关键环节上,充分发挥投资效益。本文采用理论与实际结合、定性与定量结合的方法,在分析区域路网建设时序研究必要性的基础上,对相关影响因素进行了系统性论述,同时对建设时序研究方法进行了梳理总结,最后就建设时序评价与调整工作进行了分析阐述,为实际开展路网建设时序研究工作提供了借鉴参考。

How to achieve the requirements of high-quality development and solve the increasing problem of essential factor constraints are systematic problems faced by transportation infrastructure construction in the new era.In the field of road construction,there is an urgent need to do the research on regional road network construction schedule,whose goal is reasonably arranging the timing sequence of road network construction.This will do help to using the limited funds to solve the key problems of passenger and freight transport and making full use of investment benefits.Methods such as combining theory with practice,qualitative and quantitative analysis are used in this paper.Based on the analysis of the necessity of regional road network construction schedule research,the paper systematically discusses the influencing factors of construction schedule,then summarizes the typical research methods,and finally introduces the evaluation and adjustment of construction schedule,which brings reference values for practical work.
